Payments
The prices shown include Italian VAT for shipments destined for the European Economic Community. In case of export the system will exclude the Italian VAT and the goods will be subject to customs. Delivery to the address indicated by the customer is calculated from time to time according to the country of destination of the goods.
Payment can be made:
- upon delivery of the goods: in cash, this option is valid for deliveries made only on the Italian national territory and has an additional cost.
- using the credit cards and / or the PayPal system; Frantoio Bo uses Nexi Payments banking gateway for all electronic payments. In particular, to complete the transaction by paying via Paypal, you are redirected to a secure internet page managed by the same Bank. This obviously does not imply the need to have a current account with this bank.
For credit card payments, the card details are transmitted via a secure https connection to the Nexi Payments gateway which only returns the masked card data (Token) to us. For this reason, Frantoio Bo does not hold the credit card numbers of its Customers but only the unique reference to the data itself that resides on the Nexi Secure Servers. Credit cards issued by any bank can be used, as long as they belong to authorized circuits. - in advance by bank transfer
Those who need an invoice must request it at the time of ordering by entering the VAT number and the SDI recipient code, in the appropriate “notes” section and / or by writing to info@frantoio-bo.it.
Delivery
Il Frantoio Bo delivers directly to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order, relying on the couriers chosen by the customer at the time of the order; the ordered goods travel at the customer’s risk. The customer can purchase a separately quoted insurance service that allows him to be reimbursed by the courier for any damage caused during transport. In the absence of insurance, the goods are covered exclusively by the legal CMR policy. Depending on the area of destination of the goods, deliveries may take place in a period of time ranging from 2 to 15 days, except for unforeseen circumstances. Delivery outside the European Economic Community is normally made DAP (delivery at place), this means that customs clearance costs (duty, VAT and customs clearance costs – if due) are at your expense and will be paid to the courier in cash on delivery. Il Frantoio Bo is not able to quantify these costs at the time of shipment because they change from state to state and may be subject to revisions.
Minimum order
There is a minimum order of € 151.00 – starting from 01.01.2021 – for all deliveries made in the United Kingdom.
Tax document
Frantoio Bo normally issues a tax receipt according to the law, the latter is attached in an envelope inside the packages. If you are giving a gift it is useful for you to indicate in the order notes not to include the tax document in the order. In the case of shipment outside the European Economic Community, the goods will be processed with a VAT-free commercial invoice and the document will necessarily travel together with the goods to carry out customs formalities.
Delivery Areas
Il Frantoio Bo carries out deliveries throughout Europe and in some international countries using affiliated couriers.
Status of the Order
Il Frantoio Bo provides customers registered on the site with an online tool for viewing the current status of their orders.
Unavailability of the Products
If the ordered products are temporarily unavailable, Frantoio Bo will promptly inform the customer, without prejudice to the latter’s right to renounce the order.
Cancellation of Orders
Frantoio Bo makes available to customers registered on the site an online tool for the cancellation of orders sent.

Right of Withdrawal
The private customer, outside the exercise of business activity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 N ° 206 and subsequent amendments, has the right to withdraw from the contract and proceed with the return of the goods within 14 days from the delivery date, giving notice to Frantoio Bo Snc. – 16039 Sestri Levante, by calling the telephone number 0185.481605 or by writing to info@frantoio-bo.it. Frantoio Bo will be responsible for refunding the amount paid within 14 days from the communication of the withdrawal by the customer. The returned goods, not yet used or opened, must be returned, at the customer’s expense, to the address of Via della Chiusa 70 – 16039 Sestri Levante GE.
Complaints
For any report, complaint or request for information, you can directly contact the address: info@frantoio-bo.it quoting the order number assigned at the conclusion of the order and reported in the order confirmation sent by E Mail. We also inform you that the European Commission provides a platform for the alternative extra-judicial resolution of disputes, accessible on the website http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Protection of Minors
under the age of 18 are not authorized, unless under the control of an adult family member, to send orders via the online order form.
