The “Monocultivar Moraiolo” extravirgin olive oil


The “Monocultivar (single variety) Moraiolo” extravirgin olive oil is obtained from the best Moraiolo olives. This variety produces an extravirgin olive oil with the fragrance of fresh aromatic herbs and vegetables and notes of almond, artichoke and hazelnut. It is cold pressed in our Alfa Laval continuous cycle crusher.



Sensory profile

The herbaceous and slightly bitter flavour of the Moraiolo variety is characterized by notes of artichoke, rocket and almond. On the palate, this oil has an intense and decisive aroma. This oil has a clear aspect, with medium fluidity and green color.

Recommended use

The extra virgin olive oil obtained from “Moraiolo” olives is recommended for raw use on grilled meat, legume and chickpea soups, artichokes and cardoons.
