The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P Aged is obtained according to the ancient method of the tradition, only from the must of selected grapes, cooked on a direct flame and then mixed with the best well-matured wine vinegar.
Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P has a syrupy consistency, a dark and shiny color, and a pleasantly sweet and sour taste, pleasantly aromatic. It has an excellent balance and a good structure. The taste is intense, fresh and balanced, with a clean, aromatic and persistent finish, for complete use, throughout the meal.
Recommended use:
It is also excellent on seafood dishes, as on the first courses of rice and pasta. It’s the perfect complement to white and red meats and cheeses, fresh or aged. It’s a wonderful combination with fruit, desserts and ice creams.
